The Raven Fund offers limited funding to Alaska Native, voting, CIRI shareholders who are not qualified for TCF funding under our current eligibility (original enrollees and direct lineal descendants). If you are a CIRI original enrollee or a direct lineal descendant, please do not apply for the Raven Fund – apply for TCF’s Scholarship and Grant Program.
