Education & Career Pathways Advisor
Full Time, Non-Exempt
$32-$36 per hour
Reports to: Director of Advancement and Community Engagement
The CIRI Foundation is seeking an Education & Career Pathways Advisor to support CIRI Shareholders and Descendants in identifying, pursuing, and achieving educational, workforce training, and career goals that lead to meaningful employment and self-sufficiency.
This position provides individualized coaching, career planning, resource navigation, outreach, and partnership development throughout the CIRI region.

- FAFSA and financial aid guidance
- Scholarship and college navigation
- Career exploration and workforce readiness
- Resume and interview coaching
- Community outreach and workshops
- Partnership development
- Program tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Five years of experience in education, advising, workforce development, student services, career coaching, or a related field
- Experience working with students, youth, adults, or families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid Alaska driver’s license or ability to obtain one
