Lynn Carroll (descendent) graduated with a Bachelor’s in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Arizona this May. Previously, Lynn served as a youth representative on the CIRI Participation Committee and received a scholarship to help her to complete her education. She will return to the University of Arizona in the fall to begin a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering and continue her current research, developing off-grid water treatment systems for remote communities. She hopes that in the future, she will be able to share her knowledge with others and give back to her CIRI community.
