The CIRI Foundation and New Bedford Whaling Museum are proud to announce their partnership, focusing on researching Alaska Native collections. Five Alaska Native fellows will explore materials for the upcoming Wider World & Scrimshaw exhibition, opening June 2024. Their findings will also feature in an exhibition catalog, sharing insights into Alaska Native cultures and their impact on history.
