Overview
- Available for Academic Year or per term (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer)
- Deadlines: June 30, December 31
Award Amount
- Full-time students: Up to $6,000 per Academic Year
- Part-time and summer students: $200 per credit, up to $3,000
Eligibility Requirements
- Who can apply: CIRI voting shareholders who are not original shareholders or lineal descendants
- Educational background: Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Enrollment: Must be enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate program, a Post-Baccalaureate program of study, or pre-requisite courses before entering a degree program
- Institution: Must be attending an accredited institution
- GPA: Minimum 2.0 term grade point average
Award Details
- Full-time students: Eligible for $6,000 per Academic Year or up to $3,000 per term
- Part-time and summer students: Eligible for $200 per credit, up to $3,000
- Mid-Year renewal: If awarded for the Academic Year, no need to reapply by the December 31 deadline
Award Terms
- Maintaining eligibility: To remain in good standing with TCF and be eligible for future funding, recipients must adhere to all funding requirements.
- Funding loss: Failure to meet requirements may result in loss of funding
- Use of funds: Covers direct educational expenses, including tuition, registration fees, course-required books/supplies, and on-campus housing and meal plans. Personal expenses up to $500 per term can be awarded if all other costs are covered.

- Enrollment: Must be enrolled in a technical skill training program at an accredited or recognized institution and working towards a certificate, certification, or professional license
- Institution: Must be attending an accredited/recognized institution
- GPA: Minimum 2.0 term grade point average

- Annual funding: Eligible to receive up to $9,000 per calendar year
- Multiple deadlines: Can receive funding at multiple deadlines if previous coursework is complete up to the annual scholarship cap of $9,000.

- Multiple deadlines: Can receive funding at multiple deadlines if previous coursework is complete up to the annual grant cap of $2,000
